Details: This enticing wine dinner brings together the attractions of the cuisines of ancient French Occitania, the lands where people speak Occitan in France, and the wines of the Languedoc. Featuring mostly Mediterranean gastronomy, the cuisine has flavours and products of strong personality, using garlic, olives, wine, and fines herbes and spices. Mr. Julien Cheminal, owner and winemaker of Domaine du Mas Rouge, will be presenting the wines to members and guests that evening.
