Event Name: 19 Style Chen Taiji Practice Sessions – A short form of Taiji for health & energy
Date: Wednesdays, June 9th, 23rd & 30th
Time: 12:00 noon to 1:15pm

Details: This is almost the shortest form of Taiji. It is especially good for beginners but suitable for intermediate students. It is a very healthy and skilful art for people to work on and you may be surprised to find the positive effects on your body within a short period.   

With soft and gentle movements and Energy (Qi), Chen Taiji is a very special Taiji Exercise used with Yang Energy (Qi) training as well, helping individuals to develop strength.   

This course will be focusing on helping people to improve these essences of body health and fitness: balance, co-ordination, centring, grounding and internal Energy.   

No previous experience of any exercises required. Beginners are most welcome to join.
