If a deposit is not received within 1 calendar week following the confirmation of the booking, The Helena May reserves the right to cancel the booking and let it to the next person on the waiting list. Guestroom bookings can be cancelled 1 month in advance with a full refund of the deposit paid. The full amount of deposit will be charged for cancellation within one month of the booking date. The name of the guest will be put onto a waiting list if the guestrooms are fully booked. In case of a cancellation of booking, the next guest on the waiting list will be notified and so forth. The waiting list will be valid for one year only. If patrons still want to wait for a room after one year, they need to register with the Office again.
