Whether you want to exercise your body or your mind, The Helena May offers a range of activities for members and their guests.
2010 - June:
Energy
We have exercise sessions to suit everyone: ballroom dancing lessons, tea dances, qigong, pilates, walking tours with expert guides.
Quiet time
If your interests are of a less energetic nature you can join in our regular Bridge or Mahjong sessions, book discussion groups and craft lessons, all of which are organised by individual members.
Social
We have joint activities with societies such as The Friends of the Art Museum of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where weekly presentations are prepared by members on Asian subjects. And we co-host talks given by the Royal Asiatic Society.
After work
Members who work are not excluded as we provide activities in the evenings with popular events proving to be the regular Quiz Nights, musical evenings and dinner theatre.
