The Helena May is renowned for its fine dining, as well as providing a heritage venue for banqueting and wedding functions, and other events for members and guests.
The Administration Assistant is mainly responsible in assisting with membership matters including activities and promotion, and handling telephone enquiries and bookings.
We require a candidate who has:
- A Diploma/Higher Diploma or above
- Tertiary education
- Good spoken English
- A minimum of 2 years’ working experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
- A cheerful and outgoing attitude, with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent PC skills (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint) in both English and Chinese.
- Familiarity with the social media would be an advantage.
- Immediate or early availability is preferred

- Club administration support
- Promotion and marketing online and offline
- Activity organisation and promotion
- Catering and banquet admin support
- And other similar job tasks or mini projects
The candidate
- Good language abilities in English and Chinese
- Good customer service attitude
- Knowledge in social media, video production an advantage
- Well organised
- Presentable
- Willing to learn and take up responsibilities
